Unloading Service Options (Tables)

- Note: This option is generally more expensive because it requires a forklift and a certified operator for the truck’s entire route/day. A more cost-effective option is to rent a local forklift near your location.

Delivery Details
- Delivery is made by truck to your doorstep/curbside. If a truck cannot reach your address due to narrow streets, one‑way roads, construction, steep grades, or similar restrictions, you may need to receive the table at the nearest safe stopping point.
- Truck deliveries typically have a single driver; the driver’s ability to assist with unloading is limited.
Expedited Shipping
- Expedited options are available for urgent orders, non‑contiguous U.S. states and territories, Canada, remote areas, and international destinations for an additional fee.
- Request a quote and include product dimensions and your full shipping address. We provide quotes within one business day.
International Shipping

Packaging & Freight

Changing a Delivery Address

Delays

Partial Shipments

Wood Material Change Fee
- After you have confirmed your wood/material selection for a custom order, any request to change the wood/material will incur an additional $188 USD material change fee.

Warranty Coverage
- ORIN HOME warrants to the original purchaser that products are free from defects in workmanship and materials for 6 months from the delivery date.
- This warranty is non‑transferable and subject to the exclusions below.
Exclusions
- Custom components: Any custom‑designed parts or materials (e.g., fabric, foam) not in our standard offerings.
- Environmental exposure: Damage from outdoor use, direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, or moisture. Products are intended for indoor use only.
- Natural wood characteristics: Natural variations (e.g., knots, grain, color shifts) are inherent and not defects.
- Cleaning products: Use of solvents, alcohol, abrasive cleaners, or improper chemicals on resin or wood surfaces may void the warranty.
- Accidental damage/misuse: Damage from misuse, abuse, improper handling, improper maintenance, or modifications after leaving our factory.

Important Notes
- Tolerance: ORIN HOME maintains a 1/2" tolerance for tabletop dimensions and base heights. Exact specifications must be requested and noted on your order.
- Shipping damage: If visible damage is present at delivery, note “damaged” on the carrier’s receipt before signing and photograph the packaging and product. Contact us promptly with documentation.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations with a valid reason are accepted within 6 hours of placing an order.
Once an item is in transit for delivery and production, it cannot be cancelled.
Orders cancelled after 72 hours of placement will incur a 40% cancellation fee.
Return Policy:
- Refunds are accepted within 30 days of delivery for non-customized items that have a product defect. Customized products are non-refundable.
- Custom showroom items and special orders are non-returnable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, with assistance available upon request.
- Items must be in “as-new” condition to avoid restoration charges.
- A 40% restocking fee will be applied for returned items pending inspection.
- We cannot offer refunds or compensation for issues relating to acts of nature, war, pandemics or other disasters.
Quality Assurance:

Material Information:
- Our timber is of high quality and may include natural imperfections.
- Wood may experience minor dimension changes due to environmental factors, which can often be addressed in the furniture’s environment. We cannot accept returns based solely on such changes.
- Returns due to climate or environmental changes are not accepted.
- Wood is suitable for indoor use but may experience dimensional changes due to temperature or humidity fluctuations. Adjusting the environment can help resolve such issues.
Disputes:
We understand that disputes with financial institutions can be a source of frustration and stress for our customers, and we want to support you through this process as best we can. Please contact us directly if you have any issues or concerns with your purchase. We will work with you to find a solution that is fair and reasonable. If the dispute escalates to the bank, we will respect their decision and comply with it, regardless of the outcome.

- Curing: Each layer cures for about 2 days. Most tables require 3–5 layers. Specialty effects (e.g., ocean waves) may need additional layers.
- Demolding
- After the final cure, the piece is carefully released from the mold to protect edges and surfaces.
- Sanding & Finishing
- Sanding: We level and refine the surface, removing excess resin and wood for a smooth base.
- Varnishing: A scratch-resistant finish is applied in 5–6 coats. Before the first coat, the surface is solvent-cleaned to enhance color and penetration.
- Quality Inspection
- We conduct a thorough QC check, filling any microvoids and polishing raised areas to achieve a smooth, consistent sheen.
- Final Coating
- In a controlled, dust-free environment, we apply the final spray coat to ensure a pristine, contaminant-free finish.
