We offer free standard shipping, which generally takes 44-56 business days from design approval to production. For expedited shipping, the process takes approximately 30-40 business days from design approval to production, with additional fees applicable. Please note that production and delivery times for custom wood tables are estimated. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Step 11: Choose Your Delivery and Installation Option

For tables under 90 inches in length, truck unloading is provided at no extra cost.

For tables over 90 inches, customer unloading is required, and we recommend having 3-6 people available to assist. Alternatively, you can opt for the trucking company to unload the table for an additional fee of $600 USD, which includes renting a forklift and operator for the unloading process. For the most cost-effective option, you may want to rent a forklift locally.

Additionally, for $800 USD, the trucking company will unload the table and a professional installer will set it up at your desired location.

Unloading Service Options:

Table Length Under 90 Inches – Truck unloads (Free)
Table Length Over 90 Inches – Customer unloads (Recommended: 3-6 people) (Free)
Table Length Over 90 Inches – Unloading by trucking company (+ $600 USD)
Table Length Over 90 Inches – Unloading by trucking company and installation by a professional installer (+ $800 USD)

Delivery Details: Your table will be delivered directly to your doorstep by truck. If there are any delivery restrictions, such as narrow streets, one-way roads, construction zones, or hilly terrain, and the truck cannot reach your door, you will need to unload the table at the nearest point where the truck can stop.
