ORIN HOME offers free shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).
Exclusions: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and remote or hard-to-access areas may require a surcharge.
Unloading Service Options (Tables)
Under 90" length — Truck unloads at no extra cost.
Over 90" length — Customer unloads (recommended 3–6 people).
Over 90" length — Unloading by trucking company: +$600 USD.
Note: This option is generally more expensive because it requires a forklift and a certified operator for the truck’s entire route/day. A more cost-effective option is to rent a local forklift near your location.
Over 90" length — Unloading by trucking company + professional installation: $800 USD total.
Unloading handled by the trucking company; installation handled by a professional installer (not affiliated with the carrier).
Delivery Details
Delivery is made by truck to your doorstep/curbside. If a truck cannot reach your address due to narrow streets, one‑way roads, construction, steep grades, or similar restrictions, you may need to receive the table at the nearest safe stopping point.
Truck deliveries typically have a single driver; the driver’s ability to assist with unloading is limited.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited options are available for urgent orders, non‑contiguous U.S. states and territories, Canada, remote areas, and international destinations for an additional fee.

International Shipping
We ship to the USA, Canada, and most countries worldwide.
We currently cannot deliver to: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, North Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, India.
How Long Will It Take?
Customized Items (e.g., custom epoxy/wood tables)
Standard Shipping: Ready to ship in approximately 9–12 weeks after you approve drawings; delivery follows.
Expedited Shipping: Ready to ship in approximately 6–9 weeks after you approve drawings; delivery follows.

In‑Stock Items
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5–8 weeks.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–5 weeks.
Packaging & Freight
Each slab/table is wrapped with protective blankets and crated in sturdy wood packaging to minimize transit damage.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Carrier tracking scans may take time to update after dispatch.
Changing a Delivery Address
Please enter your address carefully at checkout. If you need to correct an address, contact Customer Care immediately before dispatch. We cannot modify the delivery address after the item has shipped.
Delays
Weather, flight/cargo capacity, and logistics disruptions can delay deliveries—especially to rural/remote areas. Some parcels may arrive earlier than others.
Partial Shipments
Items may ship from different warehouses and via different carriers. If part of your order arrives first, the remaining items are typically in transit. For status updates, contact us with your name and order number.
Wood Material Change Fee
After you have confirmed your wood/material selection for a custom order, any request to change the wood/material will incur an additional $188 USD material change fee.
Changing materials after confirmation may also extend the production timeline.
