At ORIN HOME, we stand behind the quality of our epoxy tables. We offer a 6‑month limited warranty for products used under normal conditions. Details are below.
Warranty Coverage
- ORIN HOME warrants to the original purchaser that products are free from defects in workmanship and materials for 6 months from the delivery date.
- This warranty is non‑transferable and subject to the exclusions below.
Exclusions
- Custom components: Any custom‑designed parts or materials (e.g., fabric, foam) not in our standard offerings.
- Environmental exposure: Damage from outdoor use, direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, or moisture. Products are intended for indoor use only.
- Natural wood characteristics: Natural variations (e.g., knots, grain, color shifts) are inherent and not defects.
- Cleaning products: Use of solvents, alcohol, abrasive cleaners, or improper chemicals on resin or wood surfaces may void the warranty.
- Accidental damage/misuse: Damage from misuse, abuse, improper handling, improper maintenance, or modifications after leaving our factory.
Warranty Claims

- A detailed written description of the issue
- Photos or videos clearly showing the defect
- Proof of purchase and delivery date
Claims must be submitted within the warranty period. ORIN HOME may inspect the product (remotely or in person) and, at our discretion, repair, replace, or provide parts for the product.
Repair Services
If your epoxy table has issues such as paint peeling or small cracks, we provide free repair services and necessary materials (e.g., paint, sealants).
Usage Guidelines
- Avoid direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme heat.
- Clean regularly with a neutral, non‑abrasive cleaner.
- Prevent scratches; avoid placing sharp or abrasive items directly on the surface.
- Periodically check hardware and tighten screws as needed.
Important Notes
- Tolerance: ORIN HOME maintains a 1/2" tolerance for tabletop dimensions and base heights. Exact specifications must be requested and noted on your order.
- Shipping damage: If visible damage is present at delivery, note “damaged” on the carrier’s receipt before signing and photograph the packaging and product. Contact us promptly with documentation.
